Groups

Individual members of the positive revolution will soon form themselves into groups. There may be groups in the local community, at work, amongst friends. The following types of groups can emerge:

COMMUNITY CIRCLES: A group that forms to tackle in a constructive way the problems of the community. There may be several such circles in any community.

QUALITY CIRCLES: A group that forms at work in order to see how the work process can be improved. This group wants to contribute constructively to what is going on at work.

PROJECT CIRCLES: This is a group that collects together with the specific purpose of carrying through a particular project (a building, an irrigation scheme, etc.). All the energies of the group are directed, constructively, towards this purpose.

CONCERN CIRCLES: These are groups that form because all the members of the group have a particular concern. This concern might be something like local pollution or a high local crime rate.

YELLOW CIRCLES: These are groups formed by people who are committed to the positive revolution and come together as a group to see how the positive revolution can be put into action. Their ‘project’ and their ‘concern’ are the positive revolution itself.

E-CLUBS: These clubs are not strictly part of the positive revolution but are designed to build up the habits of effectiveness and achievement that are so important for the positive revolution. Members of an E-Club can belong to any of the other circles at the same time.
